Once
students have signed their housing agreement they are
"locked in" to that rate schedule through the time of
graduation. There is no need to worry that the cost
of a room will increase from semester to semester once
the housing agreement is signed. If the student's bill
is not kept currently they will no longer be eligible
to be locked into the same rate schedule.
High-speed
Internet access is available, at half the price of residential
rates. Cable television with more than 35 channels and
discount long-distance telephone rates also available.
The
goal of Finger Lakes Student Housing is to provide a
safe and friendly place to live. In order to meet this
objective students, parents, and management must work
together. On of the most important rules enforced by
Finger Lakes Student Housing is our drug and alcohol
policy. We have chosen for the health and safety of
our student residents to be a dry facility. Absolutely
no drug or alcohol use is permitted.
